NOTE:  For Saturday, August 29th, we made a mistake on your scheduling.  We flip flopped Labor Day weekend.  Therefore, we will have a group run on August 29th, and we will NOT have a group run on September 5th.  Please follow the workout below for August 29th and make the necessary change on your running schedule.  The workout for September 5th will be replaced with the mileage listed below.  None of the weekday workouts change.  Follow your schedule for all weekday workouts.  We are sorry for the confusion.  Please contact Will or Larry with questions.
